Suitable for Class A fires, involving Paper, wood & textiles and Class B fires, AFFF (Aqueous Film Forming Foam) spray extinguishers are ideal for multi-risk locations where both Class A (paper, wood and textiles) and Class B (flammable liquids) situations are likely to be found.
AFFF Foam Fire Extinguishers - Supply, Servicing and Maintenance

Foam spray extinguishers are especially suitable for Class B fires involving flammable liquids such as oils, spirits, fats and certain plastics.

Helpful Hint
A particular feature of AFFF is that, once used, even if the surface is disturbed, it quickly reseals thus preventing re-ignition of the flammable liquid.

How does it work?
Foam spray AFFF has a blanketing effect and also gives rapid knock down which smothers and starves the oxygen from the fire.

All AFFF Foam extinguishers are made in the UK to Pyrotec’s high specification.
